The stakehplders for the number 3 senerio to provide iPads for the students to prepare them for online coursework would be the teaching staff envoled with the student. The Teaching staff will be trained prior to release of the equipment to the student learner. The Teaching staff's role would be to give basic instructions to the students in order to insure successful logins to complete the online coursework. The student "Learner" will be assigned one iPad by their Advisor - Teacher or Proffessor and will be taught basic log in procedures to complete online coursework. The school district involeved with the disbursment of the iPads will collect the iPads before summer break and upgrade as needed to support the following year's course work.
